Notary fees are established and limited by the State of Texas. Total cost is calculated by adding the State regulated fees to the mobile fees below.
Taking the acknowledgement or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal FIRST Signature
Taking the acknowledgement or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal EACH ADDITIONAL Signature
Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal and other business connected with taking a deposition
This is the minimum travel fee to be assessed for mobile notary services and includes 3 miles of initial travel.
Added to the minimum service fee on a per mile basis outside of the first 3 miles (starting point for notary may vary)
Added per mile to total milage fee when mobile services occur between 7:30am - 9am and 4:00pm-6:00 pm
Added when mobile services are scheduled between 6pm and 10pm and between 7am and 8:30am. (see overnight fee below 10p-7a)
Added when mobile services are scheduled after 10pm and before 7am
Per 15 minute
Ex: Administering Oath of Office ($6) + Minimum mobile service ($29) + 5 miles traveled ($8) = $43
